• A minor enrolled through an institution that has obtained proper parental or guardian consent and notified rYOUminate of your participation.

If you are under 18 and accessing rYOUminate outside an institutional program, you may not use the Service. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child is using the Service without authorization, please contact us immediately.

3. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Update your account information as needed to keep it accurate.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.

• Grant rYOUminate a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your content to provide the Service, including sharing cohort-level insights with institutional partners where applicable.
• Understand that your content may be used to improve the platform, analyze trends, and enhance user experience.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you allow rYOUminate to use it as described above.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

rYOUminate owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in the platform, including:

• The platform software, design, layouts, and code.
• Assessment tools, templates, frameworks, and guidance content.
• Partner dashboards and reporting tools.
• All text, graphics, logos, and other materials (collectively, "Platform IP").

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal or institutional use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell any Platform IP without our permission.

You retain all rights to content you submit (your reflections, assessments responses, etc.). rYOUminate's use of your content is limited to providing the Service and analytics as described in our Privacy Policy and these terms.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Pricing and subscription details are available on our website or in your purchase agreement. For information about billing, refunds, or subscription management, refer to your purchase terms or invoice. We may update pricing with notice.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. Your payment information is governed by their terms and privacy policies. rYOUminate does not store full payment details.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

rYOUminate may link to or integrate with third-party services, including:

• resources.ryouminate.com (educational content library).
• Event registration platforms and external scheduling tools.
• Analytics, hosting, and third-party integrations.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. We recommend reviewing their privacy and terms before interacting with them.
